One point to make. I always LOVE how in these profiles they describe the consultant as “behind the scenes” and “invisible”. If they were truly invisible there wouldn’t be a profile done on them filled with direct quotes given in an interview to a national news outlet.

Sorry, I am being picky but if you want to remain intangible and let everyone believe the speaker is the master, you have to not give interviews and not tell people you wrote the speech!
