Moveon.org Ad

June 17th, 2008

The latest advertisement by Moveon.org will begin airing nationally Wednesday on CNN and MSNBC, and in Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin markets. Despite Senator Obama’s request for voters to stop supporting groups that run ads like these Moveon.org doesn’t seem to be hurting for money or ideas on how to attack Senator McCain and the Republicans.

My personal take? This is not a great ad and it may well go a little too far on the bad taste scale. With that said I doubt its the last or the worst ad we will see this season.

This ad is a lie and a distortion. They have taken his comments way out of context. What he was saying was that America needs to be engaged in the world. We can not become isolationists. Obama has a website about stopping the smears. Him and his proxies should not smear either.

So, now with a just under one week to go until a major American election, I am getting more excited and nervous by the minute. After all, whoever we elect will be the person who will be representing us for the next four years. One thing I never have, and never will, put any stock into are the so-called “political polls,” which litter nightly news broadcasts and websites. These polls sound official, and are said to be conducted by reputable news sources such as the Associated Press, NBC, CBS, ABC, and Reuters. What they don’t tell you, however, is that a poll which trumpets that two-thirds of Americans support Barack Obama just might be cause for concern. No, I’m not saying that on account of Obama’s desire to abolish legitimate financial options such as cash advance stores. Rather, because the two-thirds that the poll is talking about, represents two-thirds of their viewing audience, not the nation as a whole; see how that works? So, when you’re casting your vote, don’t let the media fool you; read the real information about all of the candidates.

I was always prepare for the things that is usually I think a big problem when it comes to Money talks. Yeah, it never occurred to me that there is someone who can help me about my problem especially in budgeting. Cash Advance could help me get through it especially now Winter months is coming. Then, after I had read the article linked to this post, I agree that winter is always pretty stressful for me. Not only do I have the usual bills and holiday expenses to worry about, I live in an area that gets tons of snow every year. Piles of snow mean dangerous driving conditions and freezing living conditions. I am a good budgeter, but if anything happens to me and/or my car this winter, my budget will be out the window. Speaking of my car, I need new snow tires, and I’m sure that will cost me a pretty penny. Plus, when it’s cold outside, I like it to be warm and toasty inside. Unfortunately, heating my apartment isn’t exactly cheap. I plan for all these costs ahead of time, but it’s good to know that I have a responsible option for covering unexpected costs. I’ll look into getting a cash advance this winter when the cold weather expenses take a toll on my budget.
