Okay this is filed under NOT NEWS but its just a fun little story and a window into the candidate. How did Senator Barack Obama prepare for his presidential announcement? HE paid some old parking tickets from his days at Harvard University. 17 tickets in total accrued from 1988 - 1990 along with a $73 auto excise tax he owed.
